Our Policies- Please read

Please Read these conditions before making an appointment:

Dogs and cats are groomed, 1 or 2 at a time, your pet is sent home straight after grooming (normal turnaround 1.5-3hours), your pet is not caged all day.

If you would like your pet caged all day (or after designated pick-up time), I charge a Puppy Sitting fee as your pet needs my attention, toiletting, water, food, and not to be left alone all day in a seperate room with 10 other barking dogs like most other parlours.

Pick up is straight after your pet is finished (I will designate a time of pick up), more than 15mins after pick up, attracts a $15 (minimum)  puppy sitting fee.  I do not have enough cage space, and try to avoid caging for more than 10mins at a time.

 Drop off -by appointment and pick up as soon as pet finished (residential location) (after your pet is finished it needs to be caged to prevent it getting dirty again, and disease from other pets)

Please toilet your pet before grooming-  one dog pooing leads to others doing it too and therefore wasting grooming time.

Please come 15 mins before your appointment time so we can discuss your needs for you pet groom and gather information on your pet.

Please note I need 24hours notice of appointment cancellation/changing or there is a No-Show fee.  If  you do not show for the appointment there is a no show fee payable.  If you do not turn up for your appointment I still need to pay my staff, and my waiting around for you.

Existing skin conditions can be exposed with de-matting of your pet.  Matts cause the skin to not be able to breath and bacteria grows.

Sharp scissors, clippers around you pets jumping around can cause injury to your pet,  there is always a rare chance of cutting your pet's skin, and with de-matting, a higher chance (and cats)  Please be aware of this.  I do all in my power to avaoid this from happening.  All cost associated with Veterinary attention are your responsibility.  I am insured if anything may happen, but am not liable if it is due to your pet's skin, matting, moving, aggression.

The price can change at any time at groomers discretion (usually the quote is correct)
